Kayleigh
Meet Kayleigh, Fade Aesthetics and Wellness owner. She began her nursing journey in 2011, working in the fast-paced emergency department. By 2017, she became a Nurse Practitioner, initially in Emergency Medicine, and later discovered her passion for aesthetics. She is now an advanced aesthetic injector specializing in facial contouring. Her expertise propels our aesthetics team forward.
Allie
Allie is a certified nurse practitioner with a background in ICU and trauma dating back to 2011. She has a passion for aesthetics and for restoring natural beauty. She has a love for skin care and her favorite treatment is radiofrequency microneedling with our lutronic genius device. Allie has extensive training in aesthetics and is an advanced injector.

Meet Brandi, Fade Aesthetics and Wellness Co-Owner. She is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best- inside and out. With over 15 years of experience in patient-centered care, her goal is to empower individuals to look and feel confident, refreshed, and radiant through personalized treatments that support both wellness and enhancement of natural beauty.

Meet Pam, our registered nurse who specializes in hormone health and wellness. She has worked in the field of bioidentical hormones for the last 10 years and continues to pursue her passion of assisting patients through their wellness journey at Fade Aesthetics and Wellness.
Rachel Richnavsky
Rachel Richnavsky is on of our Certified Family Nurse Practitioners with over 13 years of nursing experience, 7 years working as a Nurse Practitioner and over 2 years working in medical aesthetics. Her favorite thing about being an aesthetics provider is helping all her patients feel both confident and beautiful in their skin! Self care is important and as a busy Mom and Fire wife, she understands making time for yourself is hard, but wants to help you make it a priority, because when you look and feel your best, you will be able to give your best self to others.
Maggie Howard
Margaret Howard (Maggie) is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Otterbein University and over 26 years of medical experience. Specializing in aesthetic medicine, she is known for her personalized, patient-centered approach and commitment to safe, non-surgical treatments that enhance natural beauty. With advanced training in injectables, laser resurfacing, laser hair removal, bioidentical hormone replacement (BHRT), and skincare, Maggie combines medical expertise with an artistic eye to help clients feel confident, refreshed, and their best.
